The requirements gathered from customer is used to plan the project approach, the Tech Stacks, Team structure, Development methodology and Quality Plans for the project.
The requirements are logged into form of a product back log which is a prioritized list of requirements, the success criteria for each requirement and set of minimum tests which are necessary to verify the requirements. The Product backlogs items are picked into sprint backlogs which is a short term implementation plan for the requirements. During this process we keep the customer priorities above anything just to make sure we are continuously delivering the value to our customer.
During this phase we plan the product architecture all the technical stuff like frameworks we have to use for implementing the product.
The actual implementation of product is carried out in this phase, a small chunk of product is development in timeboxed sprints, developers follow the technical and design documents prepared in last phase, the product build continuously tested by the test team.
This stage refers to the testing only stage of the product where product defects are reported, tracked, fixed and retested, until the product reaches the quality standards defined in the SRS.
Once the product is tested and ready to be deployed it is released formally in a limited segment and tested in the real business environment (UAT- User acceptance testing).
